6. Delivery

7. Right of Withdrawal
Under EU and UK distance selling regulations, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase for digital content.
However, by accessing the digital content immediately after purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You request immediate access to the digital content.
- You thereby waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once the content has been accessed.
This is in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code and Regulation 37 of the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
If you have not accessed the content, you may request a withdrawal within 14 days of purchase by emailing us at contact@vatthreshold.uk.
8. Refunds
The VAT Threshold Survival Kit (digital guide) comes with a 10-day money-back guarantee. If the guide does not meet your expectations, email us at contact@vatthreshold.uk within 10 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.
This guarantee applies to the digital guide only. Advisory services (email queries, phone consultations) are non-refundable once rendered.
