Refund Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to purchases of the VAT Threshold Survival Kit (the digital guide). It does not apply to advisory services (email queries, phone consultations), which are delivered on a time-and-expertise basis and are non-refundable once rendered.

2. Our Guarantee

We stand behind the VAT Threshold Survival Kit. If the guide does not leave you with a clear understanding of your VAT position, your Effective Date of Registration, and your next steps, email us at contact@vatthreshold.uk within 10 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email contact@vatthreshold.uk with:

• The email address used at checkout
• Your order number (found in your purchase confirmation email)

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.

4. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU and UK Customers)

Under EU and UK distance selling regulations, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase for digital content contracts.

However, by accessing the digital content immediately after purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have requested immediate access to the digital content.
• You waive your 14-day statutory right of withdrawal once the content has been accessed.

This is in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code and Regulation 37 of the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

If you have not yet accessed the content, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at contact@vatthreshold.uk.

5. Defective or Non-Delivered Product

If you are unable to access the product after purchase due to a technical issue, or if the product is materially defective, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of whether you have accessed the content. Contact us at contact@vatthreshold.uk and we will resolve the issue promptly.

6. Disputes

If you are dissatisfied with how your refund request was handled, you may:

2. Use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
3. Refer the matter to the competent courts of Bobigny, France, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
